1. Start with a standing position.

2. Squat down with both hands on the ground.

3. Move your legs back in a quick motion to place yourself into a push up position.

4. Move your legs forward with a quick motion to reposition yourself into a squatting position.

5. Stand on your toes with arms overhead.

Repeat steps 1 to 5 (reps varies according to each individual fitness level)
