Celebrity Diets
Celebrity diets- your guide for a perfect body. In the modern day, with the advancement in agriculture, science and technology, and the accumulation of special recipes and menus, people go and explore the different types of cuisine. With meals categorized from appetizers to main course, desserts to snacks, and food having special purpose such as therapeutic food, comfort food, et cetera, it is not surprising that nowadays, people find it very difficult to stay away from the different wonderful tastes of food. Because of these reasons, a growing trend about the increasing number of people who are overweight and obese has been observed by nutritionists and doctors.
In fact, in a study done by Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index, the results yielded a very alarming percentage of around 63.1 overweight and obese American adults relative to the total population of all American adults in 2009. This disturbing figure has not only caught the attention of the medical and nutrition experts, it has also caused panic on ordinary people. Of course, there are established methods which aim to help people reduce weight. These methods include liposuction and other surgical operations, aerobic and anaerobic exercises and trainings, and the harmful methods of eating disorders. Still, the most famous and one of the safest manners to lose weight is dieting or the regulation the food that a person eats.
The thing is, there is a reason why dieting is popular; it can be an efficient and effective way to lose weight – so much so, that celebrities develop their own celebrity diets. You might ask why celebrities still need to diet since they already look awesome. The answer is very simple.
The awesome figures of these celebrities are brought by their lifestyle which includes diets and workout regimens. Moreover, they really need celebrity diets as their bodies are their capital in the entertainment industry. It is their bodies that define who they are as celebrities, and in turn define what roles they play or the image they portray. Thus, it is safe to say that celebrity diets are the way to go as they are testaments of concrete examples of good figures in celebrities; and after all, the celebrities are the experts on public images and body figures.
There are actually many variants of the so-called celebrity diets. However, one thing is for sure, celebrity diets’ claims in losing weight fast mainly entail the reduction of calories and carbohydrates in food.
Here are some tips of the nutritionist and weight trainers to the stars. Celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, who handles Hollywood actresses such as Jennifer Lopez and Penelope Cruz, suggests that those who want to get thin must eat breakfast. This tricks the body that it is not starving, even if the person does not eat in the next meals as the body starts off with a meal. Consequently, the body will tend to start burning more fat compared to those who do not eat breakfast. Cameron Diaz’ weight trainer Teddy Bass, on the other hand, suggests that processed carbohydrate food should be reduced as it contains a lot of calories and sugar elements. The trainer for supermodels David Kirsch also suggests that spicy food should be digested because it increases metabolism; plus it adds something to the regular food making it interesting which brings about a satisfaction in the person eating making him or her eat less. Lastly, these trainers also recommend an organic food as part of celebrity diets. Aside from that it prevents people from eating the insecticides and preservatives found in some processed food, eating organic food can also save people from the hormones found in food such as meat, dairy and poultry. These hormones induce and raise the levels of estrogen, making the person dieting to sustain body fats.
Certainly, there are some methods in the celebrity diets that are harmful in the human body. These include taking up ADD or Attention Deficit Disorder pills which speeds up the metabolism, different eating disorders characterized by purging, and not eating at all coupled with anorexia nervosa. These methods may cause permanent negative effects which may not be reversible and in extreme cases, may even cause death. Although there are celebrities who do this, they often get criticized for these practices and some of them even experience the negative effects of such harmful practices.
It is really not a sin to be conscious of one’s self and body because at the end of the day, your self is the one to suffer when your body is not fit. Having that said, it is also recommended that the celebrity diets be used by people who feel that they are overweight and obese. The only important thing is to know one’s limit in getting the perfect body, so long as it does not harm one’s self and as long as it is safe, legal and morally acceptable. So what are you waiting for? Go and chase that perfect body with celebrity diets.

Should you choose a diet that has eremtxe weight lose in the first couple of weeks then levels off or should you go with one that progresses slowly? I think if I start with one that progresses slowly I won’t stick with it, but I want to do this the healthy way. I have heard of that Master Cleanse diet that Anna was talking about in her comment and that just sounds gross. If you are going to do something like that why not just fast for ten to fifteen days with nothing but protein shakes, why does it have to be this gross concoction? Is that the diet that Opra was doing for awhile? She lost a lot but then gained it back right after didn’t she. Anyway if you want a diet that works you are going to have to research different ones and test them by trial and error to find the one that will work for you as a permanent habit. There isn’t a diet out there that will work if you don’t stick with it forever.
Forget the patches. I tried them and they don’t work. Just take one day at a time. Don’t look bnyeod one day. Start by eating no sugar, and carbs that aren’t good for you. White flour is bad. To maintain your weight This is the best advice you will ever receive and that is to eat smaller portions. You don’t have to diet if you do this. The hardest part with all of this is getting started. Just get through that first day. Just take one day at a time. It works.
